Guest House: The Osmania University campus has a guest house that has furnished single and double rooms for visitors. It is a comfortable location to stay, with three huge dining halls and a well-appointed waiting area. The guest house's cuisine, typically Mughlai, is another attraction (traditional). The meal served is remembered fondly by guests who have stayed at this Guest House. The guest house offers basic facilities, like Wi-Fi, parking, room service, complimentary breakfast, newspapers, laundry services, etc. 

Health Centre: Osmania University has a health centre that offers free medical treatment to students, workers, and their families. It has specialists who provide expert medical advice. It is located close to the B-Hostel building. The centre is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 12 pm and 4 pm to 6 pm. It is led by the chief medical officer, accompanied by a team of capable doctors. Only outpatient treatment is provided to staff and students at the facility. Apart from that, each constituent college has its own health centre. It offers services like general O.P, general physician, gynaecology, ophthalmology, orthopaedic, cardiology, etc.

Bank: The OU campus has the State Bank of India located on the ground floor of the arts college building. The centre for distance education, examination branch, university college of engineering, and CIEFL have extension counters. All Osmania University fee transactions must be processed through this bank.

Post Office:The Osmania University campus area has a post office that offers standard postal services, like registration, stamp sales, fast post, money orders, and savings accounts.

Auditorium:The Osmania University auditorium was constructed in the early 1970s. It serves as a venue for cultural and academic events. The graduation ceremony, held every year at the institution, is held in the auditorium. The auditorium has hosted several national & international seminars and lectures.

Library: Osmania University library has a panoramic view of the extraordinarily stunning Deccan terrain from its perch at the highest point of the campus. The new structure is 67,000 square feet in size. The library is organised into sections based on the collection and services offered. The library provides many services, including lending, interlibrary loan, photocopy facilities with nominal charges, reference service, CD-ROM search, internet facility 7) digital documents on demand, etc.

Hostel:OU hostel is equipped with the required amenities. The college has three hostels, including Maneru with 83 rooms (for first-year students), Krishnaveni - also known as B-Hostel, with 101 rooms (for second-year students) and the Yamuna - also known as New PG, with 109 rooms (for male research students). The institution tries to meet the accommodation needs of the majority of the students. Admission to the Osmania University hostels is purely based on the space available.
