Assam Institute of Management(AIM- Assam)

Established in 1988 by the Government of Assam, the Assam Institute of Management (AIM) is a premier public business school located in Guwahati. AIM was founded to address the need for professionally trained management personnel in the region. Initially offering a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), the institute transitioned to a full-fledged MBA program in 2018, affiliated with Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) .

Candidates must also undergo a Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The eligibility criteria include a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) .
