Silchar Medical College And Hospital

Established in 1968, Silchar Medical College and Hospital (SMCH) is a government-run medical institution located in Ghungoor, Silchar, Assam. It stands as one of the oldest medical colleges in Northeast India and serves as the primary referral hospital for the Barak Valley region, catering to southern Assam and neighboring states like Mizoram, Tripura, Manipur, and Meghalaya.
